Ultimate Summer Salad

 My friend, Angie, shared this recipe with me a few weeks ago and I can't get enough of this perfect, simple, summer salad.


If you've read my blog before, you know I'm not much of a cook but this is super easy and super quick.  It would make a great side dish for lunches, dinners and a perfect salad to bring to summer potlucks.

Ingredients:
1 Container cherry tomatoes chopped in half
1 Red Onion chopped
1 Cucumber chopped
A splash of red wine vinegar
A pinch of salt

Mix together, chill and enjoy!  See, I told you it was simple!

  1. I have been looking to spice up my normal plain salads and I think this is the way to do it. I am going to the grocery store tonight and am going to pick up some red onion to try it out, thank you!!!

  4. THE BEST salad ever!!!!! It's very middle eastern, my fave :) Just needs a little olive oil!
