Climbing Kettlebell Workout

Grab your kettlebell and warm up!

Start with the first line, then repeat the first line again adding the next line.  Return back to the top adding a new line each time.  Continue until you have added all the lines.

  2. I used to take a kettlebell class and loved it. My gym offered it, but now that I"ve moved my new gym doesn't offer it...such a bummer. I need to start doing it on my own I guess!
