Spring Cleaning: Health & Fitness Edition + FREE PRINTABLE!

It's no secret that my house isn't the cleanest.  Between two kids under five and a 175lb English Mastiff who drools and sheds I feel like it's a lost cause to spend too much time cleaning. I spend time thinking about what I should be cleaning but end up focusing my time on training, client plans or blogging (well, and kids of course).

This was taken last summer but the toys are still all over! 

Then I had a thought…..

I see all these beautiful spring cleaning check lists for decluttering your junk drawers, washing window screens and deep cleaning rugs but what about giving a little spring cleaning attention to the health and fitness areas in your life?  Now that's cleaning I can enjoy!

Seriously, when is the last time you cleaned out your gym bag?  Or how about threw out any socks with holes in them?  Or here's one….name the last time you went through your fridge and panty and ruthlessly tossed anything that wasn't helping you reach your goals?

    I am horrible at keeping the house clean too and I only have 1 toddler and a 50 lb dog :)

  3. Good post! If I hadn't just switched gym bags, I don't know when I would have thought of cleaning out my gym bag/ workout stuff.
