2014 Olympic Winter Games Workout

Are you an Olympic Games fan?  I sure am!

I may have even watched "How to Raise an Olympian" on NBC the other night and was took notes just in case.... :)

If you plan on watching the Opening Ceremonies why not get a workout in at the same time.  No weights, no equipment needed.  Just put the kids to bed, get your shoes on and GO!  

*I realize the entire Opening Ceremonies is 3 plus hours long.  Try this workout for 10 minutes, 20 minutes or as long as your patriotic heart desires.

Judging from years past it could be a doozie!

  4. I love the Olympics! I'm not sure how much time I'll have to watch it this year, but I hope to see some skating, skiing, and hockey!
