No Excuses Workout

If you know me, you know I love a lot of what Jen Sinkler has to say.  I especially love her push for lifting weights faster as a great option for conditioning and wait for it….cardio.  *gasp  Whaaaa weights  as cardio?  Yes.  It's possible.  And not only is it possible but I think it's a great idea for you to check it out here and download her free workout before it officially launches later this month.

Until then, give this little workout a try.  I'll be damned if it doesn't get your heart rate up and sweating.

As always, do what you can with good form.  I don't care if it takes you all day to get all of the push-ups done.  Just do it!  It doesn't require any equipment and minimal space.  No excuses!  

It may not be anything fancy but at the end of 5 rounds you'll have done 150 squats, 100 sit ups and 50 push-ups!
